7 Days Lake Manyara tour

LAKE MANYARA TOUR ITINERARY (Drive-in)

  • 7 days / 6 night
  • People: 4 minimum
  • Manyara

The world’s last remaining great overland wildlife migration takes place in East Africa. On an ancient annual cycle, nearly two million blue wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of zebra, Thompson’s gazelle and other antelope travel between northern Tanzania (Serengeti National Park and environment) and southern Kenya (known as the Masai Mara) in search of forage and water.

The Serengeti National Park, a 27,000 km2 UNESCO World Heritage Site, lies at the heart of the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem. In the Maa language, ‘siringet’ means ‘endless plains’ and this you will certainly see. It is a swathe of high-plateau short grasslands with few trees, especially in the east.
